What we are looking for
Previous experience in adult social care, including responsibility on shift.
Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
A calm, compassionate leadership style and a commitment to safeguarding.
The confidence to challenge poor practice and promote high standards.
Desirable: Level 3 Health and Social Care, medication competency and experience supporting people living with dementia are strongly preferred.
