Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the care team to ensure the highest standards of resident care.

- Qualifications
- Proven leadership and supervising experience within a care environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Experience in developing and managing care plans.
- Valid driving license preferred for transportation needs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to care homes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to quality resident care.
- IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
