Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant/Chef to join our fantastic team.

What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of fresh food.
- Preparing all food items to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the kitchen and service areas.
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as required throughout each shift.
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent food and service.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is required.
- A genuine passion for food and high standards.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- A flexible, reliable, and positive approach to work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
