Supporting a large, national client who provides support for thousands of people with learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, autism and other needs throughout the UK.
They offer person centred care and support in a range of settings, and have experience of enabling people to move from a residential setting to a more independent supported living environment as their needs change. Their mission is to create an environment that promotes independence and positive outcomes to make a real difference to people’s lives.
- Familiar with CQC regulations and requirements within a care setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a large team
- Experience at management level in a Health and Social Care setting
- Commercially aware to grow the business and marketing of the service
- Proven track record of reducing or eliminating agency spend
- Attend and chair review meetings, network with local authority and wider community
- Oversee or write support plans
