Contract Manager responsible for managing repair contracts that provide a “cradle-to-grave” service to our customers and clients. The successful candidate will be required to assess damage to customer’s properties, provide costings for repairs, prepare specifications, and liaise with insurance companies. They will be required to efficiently organise and motivate a team of trade professionals to carry out repairs to domestic and commercial properties, have a natural talent for getting the best out of teams and a sound understanding of building construction.
Essential:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in undertaking a similar role
- An excellent knowledge of building construction and methods of repair across all trades and sectors
- Organisational and planning skills
- Construction related Health & Safety awareness and responsibilities
- A good level of education and command of the English Language.
- A full valid driving licence.
- Good IT skills.
Desirable:
- Previously worked as a Contract manager
- A related qualification such as BSc, HND, HNC, NVQ level 3/4 or City & Guilds.
- CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme
