Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, including catering requests, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety guidelines to ensure quality and hygiene standards are upheld
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously, resolving any issues or concerns with a positive attitude
- Assist in barista duties such as preparing coffee and specialty beverages when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations a bonus.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with Cocktails and drinks preparation is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
