Full-Time Team Member Role
Minimum 30 hours per week
Must be available to work weekends
The Role
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and plate pancakes according to established standards.
- Learn to make pastries after training, such as roll cakes, macarons, scones, cookies, etc.
- Respond to customer needs and thank every customer.
- Follow health, safety, and welfare guidelines for all products.
- Follow store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station, including standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products.
- Perform cleaning tasks and daily checklists while maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
- Contribute to store goals by increasing sales and improving profits.
- Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
