ABOUT US
West London Bakeries is a bakery and food production business based in Bourne End.
We produce cakes, sweet treats and canapés for customers across the UK.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable Food Production Assistant to join our team.
This is a practical, hands-on role and you could be helping with different areas of production depending on what is needed each day.
Duties may include:
- Helping make and decorate cakes
- Preparing and assembling canapés
- Packing and labelling products
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Weighing and portioning ingredients
- Washing up and cleaning production areas
- General help around the kitchen and production unit
No previous bakery or food production experience is essential as full training will be provided.
HOURS
This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Additional hours will often be available depending on how busy we are, but hours above the contracted 20 hours are not guaranteed.
