We're currently looking for a therapist who can commit to working Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Our Commitment to You
We believe trust should be earned.
That's why you won't pay your Thrive Practice Membership fee until you've received your first two Thrive referrals, provided you are actively offering your agreed clinic availability and engaging with the practice.
From your very first day, you'll have full access to:

- Practice management and online booking software
- Marketing support
- Your profile on the Thrive website
- Our supportive clinical community
You'll simply pay for the consulting room hours you use until your membership begins.
Because we believe in investing in our therapists before asking them to invest in us.
Membership
Thrive Practice Membership: £250 + VAT per month
Your membership includes ongoing professional development, business support, marketing, referral opportunities, practice management systems and access to a collaborative clinical community.
Consulting Rooms
Our beautifully designed consulting rooms are available exclusively to Thrive therapists.
Exclusive Member Rate: £25 per hour
Flexible booking allows you to grow your practice at your own pace while keeping your overheads manageable.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for therapists who:
- Hold a recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy.
- Are registered or accredited with BACP, UKCP, NCPS or another recognised professional body (or are working towards accreditation).
- Hold professional indemnity insurance.
- Are committed to ethical, relational and reflective practice.
- Value collaboration and continuous professional development.
- Want to build a successful private practice within a supportive clinical community.
- Can commit to offering appointments on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
