Level 2 Trade Sales Apprentice - Responsibilities
QUALIFICATION: Level 2 Apprenticeship, equivalent to 5 GCSE Passes
Areas of Business: Trade Counter, Warehouse & Sales Office
DURATION: 12-15 months but guaranteed full time employment upon completion and demonstrating a positive and 'can do' attitude.
You will become a key team member with the following resposnabilities.
1. Interacting with your colleagues and customers
2. Trade counter service - professional customer service with friendly banter & good sense of humour
3. Attending telephone enquiries, taking orders & giving necessary details to customers .
4. To obtain good all-round knowledge of company products and services.
5. Help to maintain required levels of inventory and reporting any loss or damages
6. Assisting with basic administration, customer quotes and supplier purchase orders.
7. Complete all the required elements of the apprentice program and off the job training.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £18,000.00 per year
