This is a contract role for a Freelance Construction assessor that will be responsible for conducting on-site training and assessing across the north east. The successful candidate will deliver a range of Level 2 & Level 3 NVQs to individuals who work within the construction sector. Subjects include joinery, plastering, and other trades.
You will be responsible for planning your own site visits and will conduct a range of assessment methods with the learners in the workplace. Attending IQA meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction
- A1/A2, V1/V2 , D32/33/34
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally-Related Achievement
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
Skills and Experience:
- The ability to work with learners from varied backgrounds
- Own transport and flexibility to travel
- Have demonstrable occupational competence
- Hold industry recognized qualification
- Being able to communicate well
- Good organisational skills
