Snap Fitness Hammersmith is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Club Manager to lead the club and develop a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on commercial role with a major focus on membership sales, growth and team development. You will take ownership of the club’s sales performance, lead from the front and ensure your team has the structure, coaching and accountability needed to consistently deliver results.
You’ll be expected to know your numbers, understand your sales pipeline, maximise every opportunity and continuously look for ways to grow the club.

As Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring both you and your team understand these USPs and can confidently turn them into a compelling sales experience for prospective members.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of membership sales, revenue and club growth.
- Deliver against monthly sales and membership targets.
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans.
- Lead from the front and remain actively involved in selling memberships.
- Generate and convert leads through enquiries, walk-ins, appointments & more
- Ensure leads are followed up quickly, consistently and effectively.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, conversion rates and key sales KPIs.
- Coach and develop the team to improve individual and overall sales performance.
- Set clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, goal setting and performance reviews.
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members when required.
- Build local corporate partnerships and drive community outreach.
- Maximise social media and local marketing opportunities to generate leads.
- Ensure sales, prospect and membership data is accurately maintained.
- Deliver an excellent experience for prospective and existing members.
- Maintain high standards of club presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.
- Ensure company procedures and operational requirements are followed
- Complete other reasonable ad hoc duties required for the effective operation of the club.
What You’ll Need
- Strong previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Previous management, leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience coaching and developing people.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Confidence setting expectations and holding people accountable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident, outgoing and positive approach.
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound sales calls, appointments, tours and closing sales.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to confidently use CRM and sales systems.
- Ability to understand and act on sales data and KPIs.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable using your own initiative.
- Flexible approach to working hours based on the needs of the club.
Previous fitness industry experience is beneficial, but strong sales ability, leadership and the ability to develop people are what matter most.

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
