Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art with precision and creativity
- Assist clients with selecting nail colors and designs that suit their style and preferences
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure guest safety
- Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application to enhance the guest experience
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer questions, and promote ongoing services through upselling techniques
- Manage social media accounts by sharing updates, showcasing work, and attracting new clients to grow the salon’s online presence
- Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Skills
- Strong management skills to handle appointments efficiently and oversee daily salon operations
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients confidently and professionally
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage or barbering is a plus for cross-service offerings
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit
- Effective upselling techniques to promote additional services and retail products confidently
