As a Property Maintenance Contract Manager at Hyde, you will lead the delivery of customer-focused, value for money maintenance and improvement works across our homes. You will manage contractors, consultants and directly employed teams to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual performance expectations.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality maintenance services, ensuring internal teams, contractors and consultants meet contractual and key performance expectations.
- Manage, motivate and support teams and suppliers to deliver high-performing, value for money services that meet customer needs and Hyde’s Service Promise.
- Oversee contract management, including setting challenging KPI targets, monitoring performance and taking action where standards are not being met.
- Maintain effective systems and processes to ensure robust performance information is accurate, up to date and readily available.
- Manage budgets, support resident engagement, keep customers safe and identify opportunities to improve service and financial performance.

As a Property Maintenance Contract Manager we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in contract management, property maintenance or client service delivery management.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering safe, customer-focused and value for money services.
- The ability to interpret performance data, manage budgets, engage residents and drive continuous service improvement.
