Our lovely family company is growing and we are looking for an additional person to help with manufacturing & production of healthcare and toiletries.
You’ll be working as part of a busy production team, operating machinery and ensuring high standards are met at every stage of the manufacturing process. This role will suit someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with intricate detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent output quality
- Carry out quality checks with precision and attention to detail
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Record and report production data accurately
- Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting where required
- Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
- Rotate floor stock
- Understand batch codes and component assembly
Skills & Experience
- Essential:
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have previous production experience. It is physical, repetitive work and requires diligent inspection and care. Duties include labelling, capping, filling and packing.
Preferred:
- FMCG manufacturing experience
- GCSE Maths at level C or above.
