Key Responsibilities
- Lead heating, boiler, maintenance, and building services operations
- Oversee engineers, service schedules, workflow planning, and operational performance
- Monitor service quality, safety standards, customer feedback, and completion reports
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and service partners
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction
- Review budgets, service reports, operational risks, and performance targets
- Support staff training, compliance procedures, and continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in heating services, boiler operations, facilities management, building services, or trade service leadership
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a UK-based heating, plumbing, mechanical services, or facilities environment is an advantage

Pay: £64,000.00-£84,000.00 per year
