Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to specified recipes and presentation standards

- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimise waste during meal preparation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a culinary environment
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new techniques
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as required
