Salary: Grade 5 from: £29,827 to £33,744 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £35,510 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time).

Are you a natural communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building relationships? We are looking for an Alumni Coordinator to help keep our graduates connected, informed, and engaged with the university long after they leave campus.
About the Role
As Alumni Coordinator, you will provide high-quality support across our alumni engagement activities. You will help communicate with graduates and volunteers, share their stories, celebrate achievements, and strengthen our alumni community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in alumni relations, engagement, or communications. You will have the chance to grow within a supportive team during an exciting period of development.
What You Will Be Doing
- Producing, proofreading, and distributing communications to alumni and volunteers, including newsletters and event invitations
- Supporting the delivery of alumni events, online and in person
- Maintaining accurate alumni records and databases
- Responding to alumni enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Working with colleagues across the university to support engagement and fundraising activities
- Supporting alumni chapters and volunteer involvement

- A collaborative, positive approach and confidence working with a range of people
- Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine interest in alumni relations, engagement, or communications
