Slinfold Golf & Country Club is a well-established golf club with a growing membership, based near to Horsham in West Sussex.
We are looking to recruit a driving range supervisor on 40 hours per week and need an individual to take the lead in range ball collection and overall presentation of the bays and outfield.
We are seeking to fill the role of Driving Range Supervisor, starting as soon as possible.
The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications:
· A strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate they can lead a team by example.
· Practical skills
· Own transport due to rural location
· Excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate with members as well as colleagues
· Self-motivated, ability to motivate team members and strong time management skills
Shifts include early mornings and weekends, so a flexible approach to the working week is necessary in order to meet the requirements of the business.
