About the role
Annett Landscaping / Annett’s Garden Centre is looking for a motivated Trainee Landscaper to join our experienced team based in Warrenpoint.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, has an interest in gardens and landscaping, and wants to learn practical skills from a seasoned team. You do not need to have years of experience, but you must be reliable, hard-working, passionate, and willing to learn.

Key responsibilities
The role will include supporting the team with a range of landscaping and outdoor work, such as:
- Assisting with soft landscaping and general garden work
- Helping prepare sites for landscaping projects
- Planting, turfing, pruning, and garden maintenance
- Learning how to use tools, equipment, and machinery safely
- Keeping tools, vehicles, and work areas tidy and well maintained
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Helping deliver a high-quality finish on every job
- Representing the company professionally on-site and with customers

Previous landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance, farming, labouring, or outdoor work experience would be useful, but it is not essential. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are the most important things.
