Location: Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire (working across Bucks, Herts & surrounding areas)
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

Frame Construction (Bucks) Ltd is a construction company looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter Improver to join our growing team.
We carry out high-quality residential renovations, extensions, kitchens and general building work, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is keen to develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own transport
- Basic carpentry tools
- Some previous site experience
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with all aspects of carpentry and building work
- First and second fix carpentry
- Kitchen installations
- Studwork, flooring and general construction tasks
- Keeping sites tidy and working to a high standard
