White Elm Garden Centre is looking for a Full Time Garden Centre Till Assistant to join our family run business.
Main Duties
- Operating the till system
- Assisting customers with queries
- Labeling and pricing
- Restocking shelves
Experience
- Passion and interest for plants
- Horticultural experience is preferable but not essential, whether that’s in the form of a relevant qualification and/or experience of working in a garden centre, plant retail or a similar environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self motivated to work on own
- Great customer service skills
- Able to carry out physical tasks such as lifting and pushing trolleys
2/3 days per week including Saturdays. The position may also require working in different departments of the business. Additional days available for holiday cover.
