- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:45am – 4:00pm
About the Role
Worlifts Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical & Pneumatic Power Tool Test & Repair Engineer to join our growing workshop team in Bromsgrove.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong fault-finding and repair skills who enjoys working on a wide range of industrial power tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, servicing and repairing customer equipment to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults on electrical and pneumatic power tools.
- Carry out repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Complete inspection and repair reports accurately.
- Order or identify replacement parts as required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Liaise with the service team regarding repair progress and customer requirements.
- Ensure all repairs comply with current safety standards and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement within the workshop.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience repairing electrical and pneumatic power tools.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- The ability to read technical drawings and service manuals.
- Good understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
