Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive resident care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely in accordance with healthcare protocols
- Assist medical professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Educate residents and their families regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance
- Respond promptly to residents needs and report any changes in condition to senior staff
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and resident areas
- Adhere strictly to infection control procedures and health & safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the appropriate regulatory body
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of common medical procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Organised with attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
