Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash or electronic payments securely
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation or other tasks as required
- Follow health and safety standards diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in barista training/coffee making, hospitality and customer service is essential!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- A genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture and delivering excellent service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 37.5 per week
