Registered Nurse – Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
* Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and assist with clinical procedures with accuracy and care.
* Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medical documentation in line with professional and legal standards.
* Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement effective treatment plans.
* Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
* Ensure all patient records are maintained securely and handled in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
* Adhere to infection control policies, patient safety standards, and professional nursing protocols at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Must hold a valid NMC Pin Number and be registered with the RCN.
* Proven experience in complex care within a clinical, community, or hospital setting.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
* Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure continuity of care.
* Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, patient needs, and clinical environments.

**PAY RATE**
Weekdays - £25.00
Weeknights - £27.00
Saturday - £30.00
Sunday - £32.00
