We are seeking a professional, flexible, and customer-focused Concierge / Front of House to join our mixed-use estate in London.
This is a varied role requiring an individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is willing to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the estate.
Hours: 08:30-17:30, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional front desk service to residential and commercial tenants, visitors, and contractors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Manage the visitor access management system.
- Assist with access control systems, including issuing and managing access cards.
- Support control room operations and.
- Have an awareness of Facilities Management (FM) processes and assist the Building Manager with tasks using CAFM systems.
- Support the office and residential tenants with deliveries management.
- Monitor the estate activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Work closely with the wider estate management team to ensure high standards of service and presentation.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be polite, super friendly, approachable, and professional at all times.
- Demonstrate strong customer service experience.
- Be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of operational tasks.
- Have basic knowledge of facilities management and building operations.
- Have experience using visitor management, access control, or CAFM systems (preferred but not essential – training will be provided).
- Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to help tenants and colleagues.
Previous experience in front of house reception work is absolutely necessary. This is NOT a security guarding role.
