Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing detailed information, and ensuring a positive store experience
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Handling telephone and showroom enquiries
- Support store and warehouse through regular cleaning, and maintaining a clean working environment
- Operate equipment to safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Prepare orders by picking items accurately for fitters and/or collection
Requirements
- Confident and friendly with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members
- Sales-minded and motivated to achieve targets
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small team
- Sales & warehouse experience
- Willing to learn about carpets and flooring
- Physically capable of carrying out warehouse duties
- Organised with attention to detail

Pay: From £24,784.50 per year
