The Role
We are looking for experienced Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a high-volume pub environment, so confidence behind the bar is essential. While primarily bar-based, you will also support the restaurant team with table service when required — making this a varied and engaging position.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous bar experience (including pulling pints, EPOS use, and cash/PDQ handling)
✔ Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure in busy service periods
✔ Friendly, positive approach with strong customer service skills
✔ Willingness to assist with waiting duties when needed
✔ Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (essential in a seasonal location)
