The Package
️Start Date: August 2026
Basic Salary: £27,000 (Pro Rata)
Realistic Earnings (including commission and uncapped): £45,000 (Pro Rata)
️Work Pattern: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 10am-5pm

Your Day-to-Day:
Welcome and build relationships with customers
Help customers find their dream home
Present relevant products and services
Identify potential leads and refer clients to the right colleagues
Communicate and liaise with developers (our customers)
What You’ll Bring to Cubitt & West
Experience in new homes sales (essential)
Experience in Residential Estate Agency (preferred)
Confidence and excellent communication skills
Genuine love for helping customers
Professional, organised and strong work ethic
Ability to think on your feet and be flexible
A driven attitude to achieve your targets
