The Role in a Nutshell
You'll provide 1:1 support to a client in their own home — a mix of overnight sleep-in shifts and short daily calls — helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Prior experience in complex/behavioural support is a real advantage, but not essential — full training is provided for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern
- Sleep-in nights: paid £65 per night, across Monday–Sunday
- Daily calls: 1 hour per day, Monday–Friday
- A flexible mix of overnight and daytime work — good for candidates wanting steady part-time hours
What You'll Be Doing
- Personal care support
- Support with activities at home, where needed
- Helping manage finances and prioritise essential spending
- Meal preparation and feeding support where necessary
- Medication reminders per care plan
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home
- Companionship and emotional support
- Care documentation via our IT system
- Liaising with clients, family, and healthcare professionals

- Strong spoken and written English
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable (not required — training can be provided)
- Experience in two or more of:
- Learning disabilities or challenging behaviour support
- Autism, ADHD, or Asperger Syndrome support
- Self-harm support
- Substance misuse support
- Mental health support
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training
