Sales Closer — Commission Partnership (Remote)
Mount Olympus AI is a growing AI and automation consultancy. We're building a commercial team across major cities to convert ready-made leads we hand you into closed clients.
This is not a salaried job. It's a remote, autonomous commercial partnership (independent contractor) paid on results. We want people hungry to grow with us.
What you'll do
- Receive pre-qualified leads, ready to contact (no prospecting from scratch)
- Run the outreach, present our solutions, and lead the negotiation
- Close the contract and onboard the client
How you earn
- 10% to 30% commission on every contract you close, based on project size and complexity
- Long-term contracts: if you choose to manage the account, you earn a recurring share of every client payment for as long as it runs
- No cap. The more you close, the more you make.
Speak other languages? Earn more.
If you're fluent in English, Spanish, or other languages, you can reach clients across borders, with bigger tickets and bigger commissions.

You're the right fit if you
- Have sales and negotiation experience or natural talent
- Are self-driven, disciplined, and don't need to be micromanaged
- Communicate exceptionally well over phone, WhatsApp, and video
- Want to build something long-term, not just a side gig
Requirements
- Reliable internet, your own computer and phone
- Available to work as an independent contractor
- Fluent English (Spanish or other languages a strong plus)
