Customer Services Advisor & Installations Administrator
Location: Warrington (Office-based)
Hours: 40–45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (07:00 - 16:30)
Work Pattern: Fully office-based
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
Sterling PVCU is looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor and Installations Administrator to join our growing and busy installations and accounts office in Warrington. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines administration, planning with customer service support, ideal for someone with strong office experience and excellent attention to detail.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate installations records, planning and payment collection while providing a professional and helpful service to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling customer billing queries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate customer and account records, excel and sage 50
- Supporting the installations manager with general administrative duties
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing or manufacturing issues
- Providing a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Assist with managing sub contractor installers
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous office-based experience (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy office environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience of PVCu Windows, doors, composite door and Aluminium.
- Experience using Sage Line 50 (training can be provided for the right candidate)
