About the Team
Our Marketing Team delivers engaging and impactful communications that help raise awareness, drive supporter engagement, and promote the National Autistic Society's services, campaigns and fundraising activities. The team works collaboratively across the organisation, using data, insight and digital tools to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
About the Role
As a Data Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering and optimising email campaigns, automated customer journeys and landing pages within HubSpot. You will use audience segmentation, marketing automation and performance insights to create personalised and engaging communications. Working closely with Marketing Account Managers and internal stakeholders, you will help improve campaign effectiveness, supporter engagement and user experiences across a range of digital channels.
What You’ll Do

Build, test and deploy high-quality email campaigns and landing pages in HubSpot.

Create and optimise automated cross-channel journeys across key user lifecycles.

Segment audiences and develop targeted communications using HubSpot lists and automation tools.

Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and use insights to improve future activity.
What We’re Looking For

Significant experience using HubSpot, including email marketing, audience segmentation and marketing automation.

Experience creating and optimising landing pages and cross-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practice and data-driven communications.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities.

This advert is for a full-time position for 35 hours per week.
This role is Homebased, with regular team and stakeholder meetings via Microsoft Teams and occasional travel for meetings and training, including to our London Head Office.
