Freelance Group Exercise Instructor
Beaconside Gym is seeking qualified and enthusiastic freelance Group Exercise Instructors to join our existing team.
Located on Weston Road in Stafford, Beaconside Gym offers a varied programme of exercise classes alongside modern gym and sports facilities. Free on-site parking is available.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver safe, engaging and high-quality group exercise classes
- Provide excellent customer service to members
- Create a welcoming and motivating class environment
- Hold and maintain the qualifications required for the classes delivered
Qualifications and requirements
- Valid qualification or certificate for each class you wish to teach
- Exercise to Music qualification is desirable but may not be required for certain class types
- Current public liability and professional indemnity insurance
- Confident, professional and positive approach
- Previous group exercise teaching experience is desirable
Freelance fees
- £28 per 60-minute class
- £21 per 45-minute class
- £14 per 30-minute class
This is a freelance, self-employed engagement. Successful instructors will provide their own insurance and invoice for the classes delivered. They will be responsible for their own tax and National Insurance, subject to the applicable employment-status rules.
