GSU Landscapes is looking for an Estimator to join our Commercial Team.
This is a great opportunity for an organised, commercially minded person who enjoys working with numbers, drawings, customers and suppliers and wants to take ownership of their own projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing accurate quotations for soft landscaping projects
- Pricing work from drawings, specifications and client requirements
- Liaising with customers, Quantity Surveyors and suppliers
- Obtaining prices for plants, trees and landscaping materials
- Managing quotations from enquiry through to award
- Following up submitted quotations and managing deadlines
- Pricing variations and additional works on live projects
- Working closely with our Commercial and Site Teams
- Visiting sites and attending meetings when required

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in estimating would be preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to interpret technical drawing preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
