The Role
We are looking for a General Site Maintenance Person to join our growing team. In this role, youll be responsible for helpingto keep our site safe, clean, and well maintained. This is a hands-on role thatrequires a practical approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to workindependently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out general repairs and maintenance around the site.

Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance issues.

Keep buildings, grounds, and work areas tidy.

Assist with basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks as required.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.

Support contractors and other site staff when needed.

Report faults and maintenance requirements promptly.
What Were Looking For
-
Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience is preferred.

Good practical skills and the ability to use a range of hand and power tools.

A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.

Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

Full driving licence preferred (if applicable).
