FEMALE DOMICILIARY CARERS / HOME CARE WORKERS
Driver Required – Full-Time Positions Available
Location: Northamptonshire & Surrounding Areas (Wellingborough, Rushden, Kettering etc)
Hours: Our domiciliary care runs operate between 07:00 and 20:00, depending on client needs, allocated runs and new care packages.
Full-time positions are available. All successful applicants will be required to work every other weekend as part of their regular rota.

*We do not offer immediate sponsorship. Sponsorship may be considered after successful completion of a 4-month probationary period, but this is not guaranteed and can take time. Applicants must be able to work regular hours each week and will be asked to provide their availability before interview so we can confirm this fits with our rota and scheduling requirements.*

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a full valid driving licence
- Have access to a reliable vehicle
- Have, or be willing to obtain, Business Use Car Insurance
- Be willing and able to drive clients to appointments, activities, shopping and other community-based activities
- Be available to work every other weekend
- Be reliable, flexible and committed to providing high-quality care
What You'll Be Doing
You will support clients in line with their individual care plans. Duties may include:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
- Supporting with medication prompting or administration
- Preparing meals and providing household support
- Supporting mobility and transfers where required
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs
- Supporting elderly clients to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
- Encouraging independence, choice and positive outcomes
- Responding calmly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in a client's needs

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
An NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, or you should be willing to work towards a relevant qualification.
