About you?
Passionate about great food and service.
Previous Head Chef/Kitchen Manager experience required.
Organisation.
Strong communicator overseeing a kitchen team of 15 Chefs.
Confident in managing a kitchen to deliver 2000 covers a week.
Hands on Chef who can operate in all sections of a working kitchen.
Knowledge of steak, and grilling experience.
Fully competent in all areas of Health and Safety.
5-star cleanliness and food safety standards.
Competent in building schedules and controlling labour costs.
A strong focus on accurate orders, stock control and delivering profit.
