We are seeking to appoint a Student Loans Administrator to join our team in the Data Management Unit within Registry Services.
About the Role:
As a Student Loans Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to support students with their financial needs. You'll be responsible for:
Student Support: Assisting students with queries related to tuition fee loans and maintenance loans.
Key Liaison: Communicating directly with Student Finance England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland to confirm attendance and update changes in student circumstances.
Managing Diverse Funds: Handling administration for various smaller funding bodies that provide financial support to our students.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative setting. You'll be the go-to person for students needing financial guidance, making a real difference in their educational experience.
