We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in family law cases, assisting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and client communication. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organise legal documents, including affidavits, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information to support ongoing cases.
- Manage case files meticulously, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and scheduling.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances, meetings, and negotiations.
- Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in compliance with legal standards.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong interest in family law or legal support roles.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software or systems quickly.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
