About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Level 3 qualified Early Years Worker to join our Early Years Development Team within the Family Hubs and Children's Centre team. This is a rewarding role supporting children and families through the delivery of high-quality early years services.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging crèche provision, facilitate early years groups, and provide cover within nursery settings as required. You will play a key role in creating safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality crèche provision within Family Hubs and Children's Centres.
- Plan and facilitate engaging early years groups and activities for children and families.
- Provide flexible cover within nursery settings when required.
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and partner agencies.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are met at all times.
- Contribute to creating welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environments for families.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Be passionate about improving outcomes for children in their early years.
- Have a good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Be enthusiastic, creative, and able to engage children in meaningful play and learning experiences.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be flexible and able to work across different Family Hubs and Children's Centres
- Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
