First Choice Drainage Solutions is a growing company operating within the drainage and plumbing sector. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the day to day running of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys being part of a dynamic operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Operations and Contract Managers to include;
- Raising and processing job cards accurately and efficiently
- Producing invoices based on work complete by the engineers and sending them to customers
- Recording and maintaining daily attendance records for operatives
- Assisting with administrative tasks as requested by the Operations and Contract Manager
Skills and Experience:
- Have good knowledge of excel
- Excellent numerical, computer and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload whilst maintaining deadlines is incredibly important
- A strong focus on customer service
- Pro-activity and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Able to communicate professionally with all levels of people with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience of working on CRM Systems would be beneficial but not essential
