Full-time | September–December 2026 | Potential for permanent position
Walker’s Private Day Nursery is looking for a Nursery Practitioner (qualified or unqualified) to join our small, friendly team from September 2026 until the end of December 2026, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
We care for up to 24 children aged 18 months to 4 years and pride ourselves on providing a warm, caring and stimulating environment. We employ additional staff wherever possible so that we work above the minimum Ofsted ratios.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be caring, enthusiastic and reliable
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children
- Work well as part of a small team
- Have a positive and professional approach
- Have nursery experience (desirable but not essential)
Hours
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Part-time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am–4:00pm may be considered for the right candidate.
