Job Description:
McLeod Transport SW Ltd is a well established family firm operating in the South West. We are now looking for experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team at the Lidl distribution centre in Exeter. We are currently recruiting for morning drivers, start times between 0200 and 1200.
Shift patterns and rates available:
5 over 7 = £48100* per annum (work 5 days per week)
5 on 3 off = £42039.40 per annum (work average 4.37 days per week)
4 on 4 off = £33650.00 per annum (work average 3.5 days per week)
Shifts paid at £185 per shift*
£15 per shift uplift for Saturdays
£20 per shift uplift for Sundays
£220 per overtime shift
£25 per hour over 12 hours
* Includes performance bonus.
We are currently looking for drivers to cover morning shifts, start times between 0200 & 1300.
Our drivers with overtime can earn over £50,000 per annum.
To apply for the role you must be an experienced driver with at least 1 year HGV Class 1 experience and an in-date Driver CPC and Tacho Card.
As the front line of the company, you must be presentable and conscientious at all times. You must also have a good understanding of health and safety.
