Senior Account Manager
At Diva our team is driven, focused and creative. We relish a challenge and fully invest in the relationships we build with clients, colleagues and collaborators.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic new team member to join our award-winning Marketing and Communications Team as a Senior Account Manager. You will be a valued member of a team behind one of Yorkshire’s most successful ethical marketing agencies.
Your role will be to manage the delivery of marketing projects, including branding, multi-media marketing campaigns, social media marketing and planning, video and animation across a range of clients.
With at least three years marketing experience, and a proven track record of delivering effective marketing and communications campaigns to a high standard, you will work with Account Managers and Account Executives whilst being supported by your Account Director.
You will be a strategic and creative individual who is organised and a great communicator. Ideally you will have worked in an agency environment before but, most importantly, we are looking for someone who will be as passionate as we are about the work that we do.
Skills and competencies
The role is diverse, varied and flexible depending on the project. We’re looking for someone with strong relationship building skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. The role also includes responsibility for Diva’s own marketing.

- Support Account Directors to deliver large-scale campaigns alongside other team members, including creative development, writing media strategies, managing and overseeing attending video or photography shoots, and working with Account Managers to oversee outputs
- Be responsible for budget and internal time management on the above projects, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain client relationships across their own projects and support Account Directors to grow key clients
Marketing and business development
- Support the Business Development Team when needed to collate, write and create project case studies as well as support business opportunity, such as contributing to tenders or pitches - this could be desk research or using set sills to contribute to the overall proposal.
