The Role
We are looking for a Night Shift Food Production Supervisor to lead and support the smooth running of our night operations. You’ll make sure production runs to plan, food safety standards are met, and the team feels motivated and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nightly food production to ensure recipes, portioning, and quality standards are followed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with SALSA, HACCP, and COSHH requirements
- Lead, train, and motivate the night team, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
- Coordinate production schedules for timely completion of wholesale and retail orders
- Keep accurate records and support the Production Manager with SOPs and documentation
- Monitor inventory usage, reduce waste, and ensure proper stock rotation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in food production supervision or a senior kitchen role
- Good knowledge of food safety legislation; familiarity with SALSA or BRC desirable
- Strong organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator and team leader with high standards
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to spot improvements quickly

- Daily Allowance: £15 for food & drinks (worth £3,600 annually)
