Stonebridge Energy is growing, and we're looking for driven individuals to join our solar sales division.
Previous solar or sales experience is NOT essential. While experience within sales, solar, renewables or a similar industry would be preferred, we're equally interested in people with the right personality, attitude and determination to succeed.
Full training will be provided, giving you the knowledge, tools and support you need to develop into a successful Solar Sales Consultant.
If you're confident speaking with people, comfortable using a computer and motivated by a role where your earnings reflect your performance, we'd like to hear from you.
The Opportunity
Solar and renewable energy is a rapidly expanding market, and Stonebridge Energy is looking to capitalise on that growth.
You'll be speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements and helping them find the right solar solution for their property.
We'll provide the training you need to understand our products, systems and sales process. From there, your success is down to your ambition and ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
The more you sell, the more you earn.
With an uncapped commission structure, there is no artificial ceiling on what our strongest performers can make.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with prospective residential and/or commercial solar customers
- Identifying customer requirements and presenting suitable solar solutions
- Following up enquiries and sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with prospective customers
- Developing and managing your sales pipeline
- Producing and progressing quotations
- Closing deals and working towards agreed sales targets
- Keeping accurate customer and sales records using our computer systems
- Representing Stonebridge Energy professionally throughout the entire sales process
What We're Looking For
Previous experience is preferred, but it is not essential.
You may already have experience in solar, renewables, home improvements, roofing, construction, energy, telecoms, automotive or another sales environment – but don't be put off if you're new to the industry.
For the right person, we'll provide full training.

You'll need to be:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Ambitious and highly motivated by earnings
- Target-driven with a desire to succeed
- Professional, personable and trustworthy
- Organised and able to manage your own follow-ups
- Computer literate and confident using everyday computer systems
- Willing to learn about solar, renewable energy and our products
- Prepared to put the work in to generate results
- A full driving licence holder – this is essential for the role
