Pay: £12.90 – £15.25 PH
Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating weekly (06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mastering the Machinery: Setting up and operating specialized food production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Crafting Quality: Carefully monitoring production lines and automated machinery to ensure every batch is perfect.
- Quality Control: Monitoring products and performing regular checks to maintain high safety standards.
- The Finishing Touch: Managing the line flow to ensure products are processed and ready for packaging.
- Maintaining Excellence: Ensuring a clean, safe, and productive machinery workspace adhering to food safety codes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous food production and machine operating experience is essential for this role.
- Reliability: You’re someone who shows up, takes ownership of your line, and gets the job done.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and managing machinery operational tasks.
- Flexibility: Happy to work rotating shifts (and occasional weekends/bank holidays if the business needs it!).
