About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Operations Manager to work directly alongside a Board-level Technology Director, sitting across multiple growing businesses and IT-based projects in the Jewellery sector.
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will become a trusted operational partner, responsible for improving communication, coordinating strategic initiatives, supporting commercial decision-making and helping drive operational excellence across the organisation.
You’ll act as the link between leadership, technical teams, commercial teams and external partners, ensuring priorities remain aligned and projects continue to move forward.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and no-fuss environment, enjoys solving problems, communicates exceptionally well and is equally comfortable analysing a spreadsheet, coordinating a software project or representing the business professionally with customers and suppliers.

- Prioritise competing requests and ensure time is focused on the highest-value activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and board papers.
- Record actions and ensure delivery across multiple teams.
- Coordinate travel, meetings and executive administration.
Operations & Project Delivery
- Coordinate operational and strategic projects across multiple businesses.
- Monitor project progress and remove blockers.

- Produce reports and management information for board meetings.
Technical & Digital Operations
- Support technology and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate software implementations and business system improvements.
- Analyse operational data to support decision-making.
- Produce reports using Excel and modern business intelligence tools.
- Work confidently with CRM, ERP and cloud-based business systems.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other emerging technologies to improve productivity for yourself and others within the group.
- Translate business requirements into clear actions for technical teams.
- Test new software and processes before rollout.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
You’ll regularly work alongside software developers, IT providers and business stakeholders, so the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
Commercial Support
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
- Manage relationships and communication with the team & external partners to support the board with key decision making, project oversight and delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documentation.
- Help coordinate sales opportunities and customer communications.
- Carry out market and competitor research.
- Support commercial decision-making through analysis and reporting.
